My HAL update

The noisy little cockatoo is hatching and the other one is pipping! I will post pictures as soon as I can get some without my face getting ripped off by the dad!

One silver pheasant is pipping.

2 of the shipped Seramas quit.

Did I say goodnight? Wait! I have a pip. Here is a photo..the blue is more blue than the photo shows, really pretty blue eggs. I knew this one would pip first, it was going crazy in there when I put them in lock down last night. I just may wake up to a baby. And, my other eggs all displaced here and there!

Oh my goodness!!! HOW EXCITING!!!

But instead of the Clucking hen n Cockledooing Rooster contest, we should have had a chick chirping or bator talking video contest!! HA HA HA


Who would be game? oh the embarrassment and shame of it all!!
I would soooo set up my husband on hidden cam and tape him! muwahhahhaha

Broody hens everywhere

They all have a variety of pheasant, Polish chicken and Serama eggs to sit on !

I can totally relax when the hens are doing the work.

We have 6 hens on eggs.

Oh how sweet - love the Goffins. I would so trade my DH's umbrella for a goffin!

I'm hatching mine very late!!! LIKE 8 DAYS LATE! I didn't think I would be getting an incubator and fertile egg from my flock.... Honestly I was testing to see if its possible for me to grow eggs.... Well now they just keep growing, and growing.... and growing........... and growing. Oh the shocker!
What are you hatching? How many :O?!

I like shaved heads! Lookin good!

Thank you all that like the baldylox look lol. I grew it for 2 years it was a few inches past my shoulders. Before that I kept it shaved for 13 years. My kids said I should loose the beard too. I don't think so!!!! Anyways still no action in my bator and having the day off is not making for a faster hatch. I'm beginning to belive that the Jedi mind trick don't really work no matter how long I concentrate (stare) at the eggs in lockdown.
