What is that white egg? I am loving the OE's, and those blues don't show up as blue of course.
But they are very blue!

I can't remember how many eggs you sent me silkie..but I have 25 eggs in lock down, one questionable, even though there are a lot of dark OE's in there, my candler is pretty good at showing nice thick veins in those dark eggs by the air sac. I think I only had to toss around 4 or 5 out! And that's after them being out for a full week..7 full days!

That is really good! I hope they hatch well for you.

that reminds me I need to go check on my turkey eggs due tomorrow .. maybe someone decided to come early and look in my bator I have 2 of my own eggs due to hatch also but in all the staggered shipped craziness i forgot to write down anywhere when they are due I might have 2 chicks running around in there...I had two empty spots and just put two of mine in I know they are due any day..

Marshie has 5 days left on her eggs....I candled last night with no luck....THE BABIES ARE SO BIG!

Went to TSC today to pick up non medicated chick food, and to get some wire to make a broody coop, but while we were at it we found this:

we bought it for $75 when it was originally 90, so BARGAIN!

we are going to set it up inside of the coop along with a cat carrier for marshie and her chicks. IM SO EXCITED!
now what to to when it rains.....there are holes in the cat carrier......

I guess I should show my 4 off. They hatched on the 17th and the 18th. They grow fast! I want to keep the darkest one.



The one that is peeking around is from an OE egg.. looks like a boy, the buff is from a brown egg,
the other two are from some pretty med. colored blue eggs.
