I wish I had x-ray vision to see under my broody. She took the pipped egg while the other one was off, and now the first one is just keeping guard, chasing the other chickens out of the coop when they come in. I hope that there is at least one chick for all their hard work, but then I'm wondering how that will work with two mommy hens I guess I'll find out!

The already hatched ones are picking at the new hatches, Is that ok or when do I take the chance and pull one out.. One that hatched still had some yoke not absorbed. should I grab it out?

what are those green blue eggs in the background considered? EE?

I would take it out or leave it in the incubator in a tea cup--so that the chick can rest and absorb the yolk but tall enough that it cannot get out.

Do not pull on the umbilical cord like thing though. That can be cut with scissors and the tied off with dental floss.

You sound more like snoop dog than Dr. Dre (Draye)...sorry couldnt help myself.
I really am confused on the sizzle, frizzle, fo shizzle terms.
