I agree. Even f you over cooked it just pour extra sauce over it, even crispy lasagna is good.

Most of my EE resemble your chick in the down phase, they feather out very similarly to your adults, duckwing colors with very colorful males and brown pattern females. That one should be nice light brown if it's a hen. Cute!

Aww, I was hoping for some variety I was excited when they seemed light colored, they are such sweethearts though. I've heard this breed you can tell gender after a few days, how so?

The light is a 100 watt blue bulb i have on my chicks cause they are in the laundry room where it's relatively warm . Wanted a relaxing color.
