Starting to get nervice my eggs haven arrived yet. No tracking info since th 9th. Still hoping they make it in time.

The USPS tracking site only updates as the item ships, goes to transit, then at delivery. It won't update by city like other tracking sites, unfortunately.
I sure wish it did.
The expected delivery day listed below the blue Progress marker should be accurate though. I hope you get them soon

For people with Hav-A-Bators, which model do you have?

I have two of the 1588 models and love them.

Well I work 10-12 hour days, so I'm not sure I'll have the time (or want) to turn by hand twice a day.

But I really want all those eggs. I'll just have to quit my job. That makes the most sense

I feel like a genius even though it may not be too brilliant...

I took plastic craft mesh and cut it to fit inside my bator standing up. then I glued divider mesh to make the bator divided into sections. when I move the eggs for hatching im putting each different breed of egg in a section, so one section equals to one breed, if this make since. then im banding the chcks based on breed.

having a circulated air incubator, the air could still go through the mesh right?

please correct me if this idea is ingenious...LOL

Today was not a good day for eggs. My girls are holding out on me. I only got 3 eggs from 11 girls of laying age and none of them were the ones that I'm setting lol.

Nice! No problem! I mean, doesn't warm wine breathe better? Or something like that! Or call it a pizza oven! Tilting the pie lets it cook for evenly.

Once I can convince my late hatchers to finish hatching, I plan to set the chicken eggs. I'm hoping for tomorrow morning but it might be afternoon.

Tomorrow morning you may want to inquire at your local post office. Call the main branch. Maybe they have the package but the phone call didn't go through or something.

When can we announce how many eggs and what breeds we are putting in the Incubators...? I had to load mine up tonight...got a sale coming up in 23 days so I wanted to give them a couple days to make sure they were alive and healthy before I take them to the sale.
