Okay, I've set 16 eggs, all backyard mix.

To be serious though, adding red pepper flakes to the feed is supposed to make them start laying.

Finally set my eggs in two incubators 49 in a Brinsea Octagon 40 and 20 in a PI-24

So a total of 69 eggs

Here is the breakdown:

- 14 Crested Cream Legbars ( Thanks Chickat and some Home Grown)
- 19 Double Laced Barnevelders (Thanks Happy Chooks & TLS_Ranch)
- 9 Welsummers (Thanks Happy Choocks)
- 6 Blue Isbars (Thanks Chickat)
- 4 ICE CREAM BAR X Legbar hybrids (Thanks Chickat)
- Then the following homegrown hybrids with a Crested Cream Legbar Rooster
- 5 Blue Laced Red Barnevelders
- 3 Australorp
- 5 Light Brahmas
- 2 Easter Eggers
- 2 Red Stars

Do you think that works ron? If so, I'm am so going out and buying some red pepper flakes. I have 4 pullets that all should have started..well, the leghorn did, the black sex link has been checking out the nest boxes for a week, and is now squating for me. Come on already! Also a brown sex link, and a red sex link. All the same age.

Here I am with my new bator set up and running and NO EGGS. A lady said she would sell me a dozen and I called her twice, nothing. I don't want to do my eggs they haven't been laying that long. I'm so upset.

Pullet eggs hatch pretty good if with rooster and fertile... Better than nothing....
