This guy has other interesting egg videos as well. CrazyRussianHacker has some good egg videos as well.

I got a new layer yesterday. This one was 23 weeks and 6 days old. She was supposed to be one of my Green Egger Naked Neck project birds, but this is what I got from her:
400

A light brown( with a pinkish tint) egg. These pullets are not laying any pullets sized eggs either. The first one that laid had a 2 oz egg, the second one that started yesterday had a 2 1/2 oz egg.

How do you lower humidity. all the plugs have been out, water never put in bator. I live in Louisiana, should be enough said. Ac is on in the house but don't want it to cold because one of my bators I borrowed is awufl (and I will never use it again). Today is day 14 for me and my air cell mostly look like day 7.

try a cloth bag of dry rice inside, and change it out daily. You can bake it in the oven to dry it and use it again (electric oven, anyhow...gas ovens are moist heat).

That's a nice size! My NN laid a small size considering her weight! Big bird. Maybe they will get larger.

What is the humidity in the incubator?
I put rice in yesterday, maybe I didn't put enough. And I have a gas stove lol
Un popped popcorn absorbs more water than rice.

If you cannot get humidity down, you may need to use a de humidifier in a small room.
