Lost 2 of my babies when my incubator spiked to 106! Maybe have lost one more, but leaving it be. I have 2 scheduled to hatch Wednesday, one's moving like crazy! At times te egg jiggles and almost jumps! The other may have died, no movement. :-( I have two scheduled to hatch Sunday following Easter, both of which started rocking ther eggs today?!?! They're over a week away to hatch day, what the heck?!?'

For those of is who actually set at noon on Saturday, should we technically be seeing progress now or starting tomorrow? I'm a little overwhelmed by all y'all's chickies hatching and not knowing if mine are supposed to be yet. And I've done this many times before!

I have used cornstarch or flour to stop the bleeding and had some survive and just give them vitamins after they make it out. Good luck!

It was a long winter. Only one of our 3 that we put in the incubator was fertilized, and it hatched a day early - but here it is a couple hours into 2 minutes. It's doing great in the brooder now =)

No progress on my pips. I'm watching movies with the kids and crocheting to keep myself occupied. I'm the worst meddler.

I keep thinking the same thing except yesterday I had one pip that hasn't done anything since and one more that pipped this morning that is cheeping like crazy. This chick has nice lungs it sounds like.
