I strap the spraddle legs the way you have but then I put them in a measuring cup or paint cup for 3 days. I make sure I hold them often for food and water. After 3 days I take it all off and they are ok

Here are a few of my chickies! I still have 2 internal pips, 2 with nothing and 4 pips. I hope everyone hatches safely.

This yellow chick by he brown one came from the same parents. The parents were yellow, but i got a cute little brown guy from them!

This one came from the same parents as the yellow and brown! Pea and single combs vary between them, and one of them have feathered legs...WHAT?

So I haven't had a pip or anything today yet, they all seemed to finish up yesterday. But I keep hearing tiny cheeps from the incubator.....should I just let it go or interviews somehow? I can't visually see any pips....

4 of my eggs i see nothing on so i went in to check it out. 3 internal pips and one i think is questionable. It doesnt hurt to check if your super fast about it. I still have wet chicks so they bring the humidity back up

Happy Easter every one had a fun time with all of you. wasn't my best hatch, but I learn more along the way, Can't wait for the next hatch-a-long maybe a Mother's Day?? (hint hint) . Thanks for the invite to join along. God Bless you all.

Just to make sure the legs were forward and not to the sides and he was doing like what this chick is doing in this video. That's why I am wondering if I need to try something else instead. Tried to put him in a cup but somehow he manages to get his feet out of the cup and hence fall back.

Just a reminder, if you dip into your incubator keep a warm water spray bottle on hand. Give the eggs a quick squirt when you have finished. It helps stop shrink wrapping
