Out of 15 eggs
1 was clear
1 with a blood streak
1 with a blood ring
One dead at day 16
And 2 that were fully formed but no pips

GRAND TOTAL: 9 chicks

We ended with a total of 9 chicks that hatched from 18 eggs. Numbers are lower then expected but I'll figure this stuff all out =)

NPIP certified?

National Poultry Improvement Plan http://poultryimprovement.org/default.cfm

They come out annually and do a blood test on all qualifying poultry (meaning qualifying age/species) to make sure they are free of certain diseases. They also look at your flock, housing, brooders, incubators etc to be sure there is proper maintenance, cleaning, disinfecting etc. They also like to see that you have good biosecurity practices.

Thanks, while I was waiting I googled it for Washington state...looks like it racks up to a lot of money... I don't plan on exporting any hens anytime soon...

I believe many states get grants that cover the expenses of the testing until the grant runs out. Last year the state paid for the testing I had done and I paid a few dollars out of pocket for additional non required tests I chose to do just for my own peace of mind. You can call your state agricultural offices and ask them.
