I watched your video- thank you for loading, I see what you mean about the balance issues, yes, that is not a leg problem, definitely something neurological- inner ear or brain trauma.
There is a thread on here somewhere about what to do for brain trauma- let me see if I can find it and I'll post a link.

Also I wanted to add- try and feed cooked egg yolk if she is still eating on her own- that will give the same protein boost as Brewer's yeast. If you haven't already, separate her from the rest of the flock and add heat if necessary. (My area is still very cool in the evenings)

I just noticed one of my Easter HAL chicks toes is crooked. Do you all think it's broken or is this a defect? He was walking around kind of whimpering so I took an extra look at him day...

I have two hens that have that too, I think mine is from not providing a perch for them when they were babies

She is inside by herself in an aquarium, I let her outside with the other two I got at the same time when it isn't windy, I live in New Mexico and the wind is disastrous this time of year, but it is 80 to 90 degrees outside right now so she gets some outside time to help her keep growing
