Whew ! Finally caught up ! Been out since Sunday. Ended up in the hospital Sunday night with appendicitis, yuck. Felt terrible. They took it out and repaired my herniated navel and let me come home last night. My belly button hurts like crazy, especially when i cough (smoker here). BUT i'm home, on the mend, and back on BYC trying to win a sign. But don't tell LocalYokel. I bet he thinks i gave up.

Oh my Gosh!

How was your recovery after your gallbladder surgery if I may ask? Did you have any lasting problems? My mom has had many stomach problems since then.

System works tons better actually. Thought I was lactose intolerant but it was my gallbladder causing problems the whole time. Have to take it easy with what I eat, but no big issues.

what are the people calling the cuckoo marans/crested legbar? I know it was it was talked about. I only have 3 right now. 2 which lay a nice green egg. the other one I am not sure if she is Laying Yet.
I think I am going to cross them back to a cream legbar. I am so addicted to hatching. But love it....
