None of your own birds will be laying by the time set day comes? You have a lot of birds listed in your signature. I hope you are able to find something to hatch that suits your needs.

Love the picture of the roses Hurley! Almost makes me think I got some too.

My DH buys me rose bushes..........en I have to use a pick axe to plant them.

Those are good, too, though a bit more work. LOL One of these days, I really should put in some roses. I have peonies, is that close?

A friend of mine took a photo of a silkie that she bought from me..and got this! She made the Valentine's Day quotes for it. Have to share. Note, the heart butt!

Yay on the fertile eggs!!!! And cake mmmm even better. My girls made cake today too. They used food color to dye it fun colors.

I know you would prefer showgirls, so we'll see what pops up. There's lots of folks on the thread, including myself, who would be happy to help you.
If you can't find anything locally and still want to do the hatch a long, I would send you some EE or Faverolles eggs. They will travel from Maine, but just say the word.
