Hatching day is getting closer!
Im on day 9 and I went from 14 to 10 eggs.
3 were clears. 1 is iffy. But the 10 are developing well :). You can kinda see the embryo in the picture.

Re-candled my duds again today and found one was alive! Made me happy I saved them. Took out the seven that were no good. I have 19 growing, including one of the cracked ones! I have not put anything over the crack, but it's moving and growing!

I have a severely cracked one that just went into lockdown. It happens.

Not Easter Hal egg. This one's due to hatch in 2-3 days.

I've noticed my IncuView isn't turning my eggs over all the way, and it looks like a few of the yolks are stuck to the side in one spot. Any way to fix this? It's on full turning, just not flipping them over.

I've had serval successfull hatches in my Incuview. The turner does just fine. The eggs get rolled enough to prevent sticking.

Candled all eggs today except olive eggs because I can't see inside them! I removed 4 quail eggs and marked 2 questionable chicken eggs. Ohhhh and I got to see the cutest lil silkie jumpin around in one of the eggs (never seen the chick/embryo move) sooooo cute!

You have I've asked before. He roost on the poles above them in the first picture. I extended it back when I asked before. He now roost in a completely different coop on a shelf 12 inches wide which may not be wide enough yet. He seems to be going through a molt so it will be interesting to see how they develop from here. I'll go out tonight and see how close he is. Just seems to uniform.

Ah, so I'm not COMPLETELY crazy!!! :lau

It wouldn't fix til molt anyway, but am betting the shelf may not be wide enough for him too... I had just seen another post about someones roos tail coming in after molt curly and it was due to space too... check it out...
