Tomorrow is our due date, as we were trying to go "by the book" ... but I have one Early Birdie out already!

And the best news is that it is from the "pile" of eggs I had mentally labeled "dubious" when we candled at lockdown! Hope hope hope hope...

11 made it to lockdown. 5 are currently pipped. Finally have the humidity right! Eggs did well when I left town. Also set 7 eggs today under a broody... Not the brightest of all chickens though... Almost doubtful she'll make it through

I love these little white poults! Are they midgets by chance? Not real familiar with turkeys, bit I do know that I love the midgets. I've only seen white ones.. photos of them.

These are the cutest Luv the big eyes, super fluffy bodies and little feeties, and the TOENAILS did anyone else see those?! They are so teensy and white and cute and teensy! And cute!
