I'll try but it is hard to get the hens to go broody when you want them to. I will set some eggs in the incubator, but have not had any luck hatching eggs in the incubator.with my bantam australorps
they hatch good under my mixed breed bantams. they hatch in 20 days under the bantams.

Sorry you have not had much luck with your incubator :( What kind of incubator is it?

I have found that if you leave a decent sized clutch of eggs in a secluded area, a hen that has broody tendencies will sit on them. I have pheonix likes to go broody. So I left 6 duck eggs in a secluded corner in the coop, and sure enough, within two days she was sitting on them. And it just figures that it's my smallest hen that likes to hatch! Hahaha

It is a Rite Farm Model 1200 pro digital incubator I am pretty sure. I can set the temp and humidity but there seems to be three sets of settings F-1 F-2 F-3 I think. The temp is in centigrade but that was easy to decipher online. I'm just not sure what the other settings are for. We have tried twice to save eggs that were left by a broody hen once the first chick hatched but they didn't hatch. It has an automatic turner which is nice. I just need instructions as to how to set it.
Call the manufacturer and ask them for support and a manual.

Need some help. I am suppose to set today, today's suppose to be day. One A little while ago I brought the eggs out of storage to warm at 70 room temp. I didn't remember how long they have to be at room temp. before going in the bator so I looked it up.. 5-6 hours?! Oops. If I wait that long will I still be on day one.
