Man, now I see I'm really spoiling, or perhaps, c;heatig my girls of a good time! We moved them from the chicken tractor coop to a coop in the barn, and there's now way to really let them out without risking them getting into some dangerous areas. I think they'd like the snow. They go nuts for it when it's on my barn shoes when I come in to feed/water/collect eggs/ and hang with my cluckleheads. I'm guessing they can take way more cold than they're having. I turn the heat lamp on if the night temps in the teens or day temp is single digits or lower with no sun to shine in there windows.
