The adventures of Barbara (BR)

I am so sorry to hear about Barbara. This is my favorite thread, and I check it every week or so to get my Barbara fix. Thank you for sharing her adventures with us, it's wonderful that she's been immortalized through your great storytelling and sense of humor. I'm looking forward to more stories, and again, I'm so sorry for your loss.

I just finished reading, and i'm so devastated... my heart sunk. i hope barbara has a nice time in the chicken coop in the sky...

ohhh I am shocked about this terrible carnage and loss of Barbara. I haven't been able to get online for several months, but felt I needed a
Barbara fix this morning. In fact, my husband asked me the other day if I had anymore stories of Barbara to share. I am just sooo sorry and
reading the of your losses just made me cry. So I didn't get a fix at all, but just a heavy heart. I know this is late, but I can't imagine what
your must have felt. Did the dog ever get his just dues?
Thank you so much for sharing your insight and photos of her personality. I have just loved it.

It has been six weeks and we have not found or seen the dog again. I checked Craigslist Lost and Found and there was one missing from Toledo (100 miles away), but the dates didn't line up. We also saw one tied up in town that looked very similar, but it would be hard to prove it was the murderer.

So, life goes on. We are much more careful now.

Thanks for your interest and support.

There will be a surprise soon on the Chickendad Chronicles if I can figure out this software and get the piece put together! Stay tuned!
