Hey all so I have exciting news my pair of Chinese have been mateing :) I did my best to take a looksie at a few of them an I think I might have some baby feather heads running about by the end of the month maybe !!!!! I'm so excited I love my baby feathers an mom seems to be doing a great job
 
Sounds exciting! Go to the 2015 Hatch-a-Long if you're very certain! You could be the very first to have goslings on byc of 2015

Ok so I'm noticing my male has black poops an they are for lack of better word "turds" do geese get constipated? Or is this something to worry about is their something I should do for him?

I'm sure they probably could get constipated but alot of time what they eat shows up in the color of their poop. Anything changed in what he has been eating? it the poop hard or soft. What do you feed him?
 
No change in food they get water fowl pellet an fresh green grass from around the pond an then snacks cucumber romaine lettuse as of late that's been it
 
no I have not wormed :-/ i know I need to but their is so much back an forth with what to use what not to use :-( but other then that he seems to have no problems going potty doesn't seem to strain he's been normal other then the poo except yesterday he was doing a lot of head shaking more then normal but I don't see anything out of the norm what kind of wormer would you recommend?

I use safe guard for goats. you can also use the safe guard paste for horses if you don't have many to worm I have 31 so I used the liquid. Safe Guard is very safe to use and kills gizzard worms which geese are prone to get.
