I have 1 brown African female and 1 white Chinese male. They will be a year old in May. Yesterday,my girl laid her first egg. I thought it was a bit early,I could be wrong. I know the breeds are distantly related and was wondering what the offspring would look like if the eggs are fertile?
https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/561849/geese-trainingMy Chinese gander is aggressive, and has hurt me many times. I know he is supposed to be aggressive, but is there a way to calm him down? We don't bother the girl, who is African, and that is usually why he gets that way. I don't provoke him, but he tries to bite and flog me anyway.
