Well i thought since he had one hip replaced more than once, maybe there would be a case against the manufacturer. He was cremated so i asked for his hips. I never did pursue it. Makes me too sad.

I fully intended to get a shower and go to sleep. Got in the shower and suddenly the mama cat is meowing quite loudly. So i get out of the shower to open the bedroom door. No cat. Get back in shower and finish, dry off. Go look for cat. Of course husband was awakened i am sure. Cat is in the guest room where the shepherds crate is, with the door closed. Get cat, take 2 mild pills for ear pain. Lay down. Think about how to build a hoop coop and what materials i need. Wonder whether husband will approve or if i should just get the stuff. Can't stop thinking. Never had a nap today either. Got tired chasing guineas and washing pots, lol. So i should sleep. Took a couple Benadryl pm so i should konk off shortly i hope.

Of all the things that were discussed in the room that day, the one thing that took the undertaker by surprise was my sister asking for my father's dentures. They had to remove them before cremating him anyway.
The guy (His name was Brian) honestly did appreciate that we were not arguing about anything. He kind of laughed, and admitted when we were done that he had been afraid. He said that two siblings alone usually fought, and it sometimes got bad. Our large group just floored him.
That is okay. We usually have that effect on people. Seven children in under 10 years. No twins. People asked my parents what daycare they were running.

I don't really drink much any more. Giving up coke kills the rum and cokes. Rum and egg nog is great but hurts my guts. So i try not to drink alcohol.
I have not been this unproductive for 2 days since we moved here. But i am hoping resting will help kick this cold. Mind is still saying, finish scratch post, finish putting siding on coop. Build guinea coop, burn wood piles, put in plants and bulbs etc.
Did i mention it is raining and the hickory nuts are falling on the tin roof again?
