I was being funny. But considering what I go through, the answer is that watching bad things happen is sad. Not knowing how I'm going to keep heating oil in the tank, no matter how cold I keep the house, is frightening.
And the three people whom I've entrusted with my secrets are all as crazy as I am. And I'm wondering if they aren't crazier.

Getting up early to go to town. Husband wants to buy groceries, i want bales of straw. And BOSS, and winter wheat.

They were out of winter wheat, it was raining so i didn't feel like moving bales of straw. Too ugly to do much outside, but i did put plywood on a hinge on the rabbit triplex hutch end that just had mesh. It is supposed to freeze tomorrow night. Ugh!
I put braces on one side of the cat scratch tower, but now it needs some on another side so i will have to cut and paint that.
Need to get a new woodburning tool, this one is cracked but still working so far. I need a better one.

No. I was on the phone, and then checking on my sick little Duckling. Good thing I put her in a blanket sleeper. She is all over the place, and had her foot sticking clear out of the bed.
The baby monitor is on, and keeping me jumping! I forgot how noisy a sleeping child can be!
I am going to bed now. Sleep well, and good job on all of the projects that you worked on today!

No, the fever is gone. She is in a pretty good mood. Very cuddly.
I slept okay. I woke when she had a coughing fit, and a few other times.
