Congrats! Can you post a pic? I would like to see what a black looks like as a chick, I have a couple that I'm wondering if their black or dark blue.

this is my baby "Vesta" he has a huge black spot on his chest. and another but yet unnamed paint.

Thank you Suzierd! I think they are adorable but I am so partial!!! Their Momma is one of my favorite pullets and they were hatched from her very first eggs. It was a test hatch to see if the eggs were fertile - so from pullet eggs. Ha! Ha! Ha!
