I think your second girl is a really dark blue. We have a girl like that in our Blue pen. She looks black until you look at her under fluff in the right light. And to me that lighter chick is a light blue not a splash.

No. Paint is white with black spots like a dalmatian dog or a paint horse. (There are other colors of spots that people are working on as it is a work in progress, but generally speaking) There are many examples of paint coloring here in this thread.
