Some Update Pictures::::
John is an elderly black labrador that came in a few days ago. He is too thin and likely has arthritis (causing his legs to turn in the way they do in the photo), however, the reason I couldn't get a great picture is just because he's not been given the go-ahead for volunteers to walk him so he I had to take it through the kennel door.

This is Spencer, a sweet and handsome Pit-bull mix boy with a brindle body and white markings.

Not the best picture, but this is Sarena. She is guessed to be part Sheltie and possibly part Pomeranian or some other Spitz breed.

She may not look that sweet in this picture, but this here is Priscilla. She is a Pekingnese mix girl who came in a few days ago. She has issues with her back or legs that cause her to walk somewhat sideways, but is a very happy-go-lucky pup despite it.

Look whose showing off her happy side! Nero isn't always calm and quiet, she likes to play too!

Taurus was neutered yesterday and will hopefully be available for adoption soon. He is heart-worm positive so will need to be treated for that first.

Hawthorne was neutered yesterday as well. Hopefully he will get adopted quickly! He's an awesome dog. : )

He even knows how to tree things. Here you can see him quietly searching each branch for any signs of coons or squirrels.

Kingsley is up for adoption! Great job, dude. : )

Bentley the American Bulldog mix is a very well behaved, beautiful girl. I love her. She is great on walks, with people, and with being asked to do things like sit.

Alby searching the bushes for the best pickings of grass. Dogs eat grass when they don't feel well, but also seem to do it just for the fiber content, which must help digestion.

Lewiston is adopted! He is being held for medical reasons, but is very happy and seems to be feeling much better.

Coby the Chihuahua x Min Pin is excited for his walk!

A fox has been hanging around the shelter recently. The dogs don't seem to mind and he doesn't bother them, so its just kind of cool to watch.

Onyx the Bully breed mix. I think he is blind due to being "lethal white", a genetic condition where the eyes do not properly develop due to low amounts of melanin.

Sarena again.

Athena, a new girl in quarantine still. She is very shy.

A German Shepherd. Don't know anything about him yet, but hopefully will when I go in today.

Hawthorne enjoying the weather.

Kingsley sniffing the grass. He may be fixed, but it takes a while for him to settle down and not fall for the ladies. : )
