I’ve never killed an animal before in my whole life! Never hunted or anything! I’m too soft to though! What could you best compare it to?

it's a nice cross between lamb and beef I would say, works wondrously with any dish, be it a sweet dish or a comfort dish

I love hunting, I'm a softie for animals but I'm also poor and need food lol

I’ve never eaten deer before! But I guess it must be good! Where do you get it? Do you kill the deer yourself?

My Mom got ours off the side of the road last year. The police officer had just shot it when we arrived. It was super good! I LOVED it! Then my birds got the carcus. My hen Maisy loved it so much that I heard about it for months! My brother kept making up stories how she'd sneak into the freezer to get some. She'd eat the deer meat right off a fork like a person!

gotta get it from somewhere good, otherwise it's crap, I love cooking and can cook basically anything that's not american food so anyone can always come to me for cooking or seasoning tips

Before I gave my hens anything to do with the deer, I searched on BYC to see if it was safe for them first. Somewhere I found this thread and people were saying that their chickens loved deer meat so much, they had to protect their German Shepherds from their chickens when they gave the dogs some because the chickens would go after them to get the meat! Chickens are really crazy carnivores if you really want to look at it.
