The Antler Mountains ~A Wolf RP~

"Sleep." Blazer told Rusty sternly.

(If you want, we can skip to morning, or we can have them go to sleep, and have it morning, or skip to them being a little older, the next time we RP. If you want. You can choose because it doesn't matter to me either way. :p )
Rusty yipped in his sleep as he dreamed of giant birds with majestic wings. His paws twitched once or twice, but nothing could have woken him from his deep and much needed slumber.

(We probably shouldn't skip to when they're older because it might mess up some other scenes, but skipping to morning seems good to me!)

Gerald licked his fur a little. "Yuk!" He said in discust. He gave up and went to sleep.

(Ok!)

The finches began to sing as the first golden rays of light touched down on the newly leafed trees. A warm wind was in the air causing Rusty to feel restless for more adventures.
Blazer had already left and was out looking for a certain wolf, though he doubted that wolf was going to return that soon. He saw a rabbit jump ahead of him through the blooming bushes. He didn't feel like hunting yet in the morning, so he didn't go after it.

Gerald was having a nighmare. He was dreaming of falling in the mud again. He whimped in his sleep loudly.

Rusty peeked out of the den looking back and forth for Blazer. Rusty glanced back at his brother's sleeping form. Gerald's whisper caused him to hesitate, but the invitation of the Spring breeze was too much to resist. Rusty ran out of his den and into a thicket of dead branches, alone.

Gerald stayed sleeping knowing nothing about Rusty leaving. He kept dreaming of the mud. In his dream, the mud turned into a huge monster and it wanted to eat him. Gerald pawed his little legs in his sleep trying to run away from the mud monster.

Once safely hidden in the dead branches, Rusty tried to skake the now dry mud from his fur. Some of it flaked off, but to his annoyance most remained stuck fast. Being out alone made Rusty feel brave so he didn't go back for his brother.

Gerald kept dreaming. He suddenly realized that the mud monster looked familiar. In fact, it looked just like his father! He stopped to grawl and defend himself in his dream. He figured it was the only way to escape.
