Hazel tried to find Aspen using the fresh scent she had left behind like a trail.

Jax tried to stay with Timmy but was soon confronted by a large bunch of trees that he couldn’t get around. He didn’t know what to do, so, without thinking, he jumped in after Timmy.

Brynn ignored him again. She came upon a berry bush. The berries were red and juicy looking, she wanted to try one.

“Exactly. Pick someone deserving of the role, some random loner or something, I don’t know,” Dahlia tried to explain.

Baxter turned his focus to the loud rushing thing in front of them. As he stared at it, it seemed to get louder and louder. "I-I, I don't know." Baxter replied feeling frightened. He started taking steps backwards.

Cody followed tightly to Hazel. "Aspen?" He called a little. "Where are you?"

Hunter was almost at Jax when Jax jumped into the raging river. "No!" He yelled. He glanced back at Myranda. He couldn't leave her alone. "Come with me." Hunter told her quickly. Running as fast as he could, Hunter left the river's edge to get around the trees. He hoped to find Jax on the other side, even though he hadn't figured out what was going on yet.

Owen followed. "What's that?" He asked Brynn.

"A random Loner?" Blazer asked like Dahlia was telling a joke. "A wolf that's not even in the Pack?"

Baxter lifted his paws off of his face. "Rusty?" He asked quietly and fearfully. He slowly edged towards where he had last seen Rusty. "Rusty! You're ok!" He exclaimed seeing Rusty safe and sound.

"What?" Zenaida asked looking.

Zenaida looked to where Freya nodded to. "Oh." She replied. She sniffed at them investigating them. "I think it's only one coyote..." She said trailing off at the end.
