Shira jumped down from the boulder, tackling her old friend to the ground, barking happily. She nuzzled her old playmate. “Winter! Oh, I’m so happy to see you…” she said, unable to keep her emotions from bubbling over. She inhaled sharply, trying to keep from crying as the tears welled up.

*Jin had left the pack to find Shira after helping with a big hunt. Thinking it was a good time for a hunting lesson.*

"They're just below the Betas, and above the other Mid Rankers." Alexander replied. He watched Laufen to be sure that he was being careful.

Hilina stood up. "Thank you for helping, Alexander." She told him.

Laufen limped over to Hilina. “Mooomm.” He said, looking up at her. “How long do I wear this?”

"Try three weeks." Alexander replied sounding sure of himself. "It could come off sooner, but I want that splint on there for that amount of time."
