Khali looked at Caiden and didn't say anything about what he had just started to say. She didn't want to make him anymore sad than he was. "What do you think Timmy and Hazel are doing?" She asked him, trying to quickly change the subject.

"Ahhh...." Caiden paused. "Timmy's probably trying to act like life is perfect... And Hazel..... I don't know her that well."

(Some roosters crow not only all day, but all night as well. On tonight, it could be the close to full moon, it's cold, so possible heat lamp, or someone forgot a light on somewhere. As far as my only rooster, Nightfall, he hasn't started crowing yet. )
