“I have tried, but I could try again,” Jax shrugged. “I guess I’ll have to,” he replied to Korrin. “Maybe nearby to wait for that bat?”

Uhtred nodded thoughtfully. "Not a bad idea," he said after a minute. Then he realized something. "I don't know the bat's name, or if it can talk," he admitted.
