Hunter heard the other howl. He howled once again, and was howling in warning of danger. He started walking in the direction that he heard Hazel in.

Hazel howled again. She ran towards the other howler.

It was late that night, Tatsuya slipped out of his spot beside Miyuki in their den, and took a quick trip to the stream....

Becky crept over, then last. "Why are you stopping?"

*kenai didn't want her to think he was a chicken so he kept going.*

Kenai: uh.. I just thought I heard something weird. * it was pretty obvious to tell that was a lie.*

(Timmy is missing, Caiden and Khali is sleeping outside, and Hazel snuck off.)

"Something weird?" Becky laughed. "If there's something weird, let's check it out! What did it soun-" she suddenly hushed listening. She thought she heard other wolves howling in the distance.

Hunter howled again, but didn't hear a responding howl. He instantly started getting concerned that there was a reason for the silence. He continued heading towards Hazel though.

Once Tatsuya got to the creek, he crouched down and lightly lapped the cool running water up. But he kept his ears perked just for safety.
