"Aspen! Aspen!" Cody yepped happily. "I see you!" He sat on his hounches and put his front paws up.

“I’m here!” Aspen yipped. She gently pawed his face.

Once she saw them close enough, Myranda tried pulling on Jax to help him get onto the shore.

Going with the current, it didn't take Hunter long to get to the shore. He quickly climbed on and shook the water out of his fur.

Jax could feel Myranda tug on him, and he was very glad that she had come with them, now more than ever.

"You fooled me!" Owen grawled trying to bite her some more.

“Owen, seriously, stop,” Brynn tried to tell him sternly.

"Fight?" Anthony asked. "You mean war? It's true though. Tashiro Pack isn't listening. But, I do have some good news."

Blazer listened. "Right. Didn't know you were spying on them." Blazer said. "But go on. What's the good news?"

Dahlia had returned to camp. (I’ll leave that for now because I don’t know what happened...)

(Sorry, I have been super busy. I actually started typing a reply a while ago then got pulled away before I could finish. I’ll try to figure out what’s even going on anymore.)

King finally managed to catch a small rabbit. He hurried back to the den. Once there, he dropped the rabbitin front of Hilina. Panting, he said "Sorry it took me so long. Seemed like every creature was hiding".

"That's ok, dear." Hilina replied. She quickly ate the rabbit. Being pregnant made her very hungry.

“I’m here!” Aspen yipped. She gently pawed his face.

Cody's tail wagged wildly. "Aspen!" He repeated excitedly. He didn't know what else to say.

Jax could feel Myranda tug on him, and he was very glad that she had come with them, now more than ever.

Myranda helped Jax up, and Hunter came over to everyone who was now all safe on the shore. "What happened?" Hunter asked confused.

“Owen, seriously, stop,” Brynn tried to tell him sternly.

"I won't!" He grawled. He bit her very hard this time.

Dahlia had returned to camp. (I’ll leave that for now because I don’t know what happened...)

"No!" Blazer replied. "I choose you! The whole family." He caught his breath, though he was still panting somewhat. "Anthony's not coming back." He quieted his tone.

"Depends" Ted said not sure if he should trust or not. He kept his eyes locked on Uhtred and watched his every move.

“Why was he there in the first place?” Álfr asked, raising her head high, “And why won’t he be back?”

“On what,” Uhtred asked, cocking his head.

"He's been in the pack for a long time now. He started out with another wolf as two Loners that pretended they was a two wolf pack. Then something happened to Thunder, and Anthony sought Sayuki Pack, and Hunter oked him." Blazer explained the history of Anthony. "Me and a Loner chased him into a Two Legged's trap."

“I am Uhtred of no family and no pack,” he replied, his ears going to the sides in a friendly gesture.

Blazer looked away in shame. There was a part of his past, that Anthony included, but he didn't want Álfr to know anything about it. "I don't know." Was all Blazer could muster out so far. "Ask him."

"Ok." Ted replied. He saw Uhtred's gesture, and started feeling a little safer around him. "I lived here years ago, but was taken away." Ted told the other wolf. "But recently, I have returned." He smiled a little.

Aspen licked Cody once more before going to Hazel.

“Ask Timbo over there,” Jax pointed with his head over in Timmy’s direction. He turned his back on the group, sniffed, then shook himself out.

"I won't!" He grawled. He bit her very hard this time.

Brynn yelped, flailing around. She got up, putting her head down and tucking her tail, she stepped away from him. Brynn looked him right in the eyes, her vision blurring as her own eyes filled with tears. “You-you hurt me,” she cried.

"Yeah?" Owen asked angry. "And what if those things you just ate hurt you even worse?"

Hilina finished eating her rabbit. She looked up and saw her best friend entering the camp. Excited, she ran over to her.
