“Okay, but I don’t think it was her fault, though, right? I think it was just an accident,” Hazel explained gently.

Aspen laid down next to Timmy.

"Ok... Mommy...." Cody slowed down on his crying. He believed his mother. "It hurts mommy." He cried a little bit more.

Tess ran over to them from the back of the den. "What happened, Daddy?" She asked Hato in her squeaky voice.

Tayuga ran over as well, also licking his sister, “Yeah, what happened?” he asked.
Chandi stood a few steps behind, not sure what to do.

Hato stopped licking Brynn to catch his breath and to regain moisture on his now dry tongue. "I don't know, pups." Hato sighed then went back to licking Brynn.

"She fell down a cliff." Owen spoke up. He had finally reached the den after his father had left him when he was carrying Brynn. Owen wasn't completely sure if Brynn had fallen off a cliff, or just a small hill. He just knew it was some type of fall that wasn't fun.

Brynn slowly stirred at the feeling of all the licking

Álfr half rolled her eyes but still nodded. “And you have to tell me the truth after this Blazer,” she said quietly, she was tired of arguing.

“Something wrong with water?” Uhtred asked confused, he personally loved water.

Blazer pushed on a little bit faster. "This dangerous wolf is what it was about." Blazer said almost annoyed that Álfr kept asking him. "Anthony's been tracking him. But now that's over. Let's just deal with this wolf and make sure he doesn't hurt anyone."

Ted looked away. For a big strong wolf like him, it was embarrassing to be scared of water. He suddenly perked his ears up when he thought he heard a young female bark in the distance. He looked back towards the river where he thought he heard it, but he saw nothing. That made him feel lonely inside, even with Uhtred nearby. He assumed he heard nothing, but was only a memory of the beloved mate that he had lost so long ago. He looked at Uhtred with loneliness and sadness in his eyes. "Perhaps I should go." He said to Uhtred, which was secretly a defensive weapon that would somehow protect him. Even though really, isolating when in pain, really only keeps one in the pain and never healing.

Blazer agreed. "Ok," he said, "but if anything funny happens, you must allow me to protect you." He was thinking that Ted was now harmless, but he also was questioning if Ted was setting up some type of trap... for Blazer.

Rusty turned to Gerald and Whip, "I hope they don't leave us behind."

Ted stopped before he could get too close to the river. He could see it at a distance. He looked at it hoping to see a safe way to cross, but he couldn't see any. As he looked, the sound of the fast-moving water frightened him.

Rusty turned to Gerald and Whip, "I hope they don't leave us behind."

"They told Owl to watch us." Gerald replied quietly.

(I have a chick who's been getting nicknamed Owl!)

Uhtred cocked his head, “I can come with? It gets lonely out here,” he admitted, keeping his head down.

Age: A little under two years old
Mate: None at the moment. He likes to think about how a mate would help with how he acts from time to time though.
Pack: Sayuki
Personality: Pretty laid-back for the most part. He can seem depressed at times only because of his past. He's got a little bit of a temper.
Rank: Mid-Rank
Physical Description: He's a pretty bluish-grey wolf with white paws, white-tipped ears, and a grey tail with splotches of white. Smaller than the average male wolf. He's got bright yellow eyes.
Other: Used to be pretty close to Marcus but ever since Marcus got a mate, their friendship went downhill. He's had a traumatic past(haven't come up with anything for that yet though)
