The Antler Mountains ~A Wolf RP~

Big male: this area has good hunting, and my mate is pregnant, needs all the food she can get and a place to settle. *his ragid stance and tone of voice was a clear indicator of his intentions to stay. He looked over toward one of his sun's when he turned and growled at two sets of fast approaching pawsteps.*

*korrin had looked to see as well.*

*Nina was still following him, but didn't know of a recently fallen tree, wich she ran into.*
Out of compassion, Hunter almost asked if they wanted to join his pack, but he stopped himself. These wolves were dangerous and untrustworthy. They might even fight him and his family for Alpha. As everyone else looked away, he stared at the male and got down a little as if he could spring.

Hilina stopped and looked back at Álfr with an extremely sad look on her face. "It's something different. And unexpected. He usually talked with mom unlike you, and they did everything together. Until some wolf that was trying to destroy the pack got into his head." Sadness could be heard in Hilina's voice. Something bad had happened, and it had changed her father.
Álfr was angry, “It is not his complete lack of communication with me that is the main problem here, it is his complete disregard for the pack’s safety and refusal to treat me, the other alpha, like an equal. He shouldn’t have taken me as a mate if he wasn’t ready. I would’ve left then. And your pack would probably be tiny or dead by now because of him,” she snarled.

Uhtred reluctantly stopped himself to make sure he wouldn’t be making a mistake by attacking one of them.

Hilina shook her head and tears started rolling down her face. She stepped back a little. "Dad was an excellent Beta. He bravely protected the Pack and obeyed Trevor's orders well. Trevor knew everything that dad was doing and dad did nothing without Trevor's permission." She looked down. She was upset. She had started liking Álfr as if Álfr was her mother, but now she felt as if Álfr wasn't listening to her anymore. "I wish you knew him for what he used to be." She whispered.

*the big male sailed his hackles at the approaching pastels, he did not yet know if these wolves were enemies or not, and didn't want to be taken by surprise.*

??: keep still stranger! *the larger son said with a growl when he saw him move. This male was almost as big as his father, while his brother was somewhat bigger then hunter

Korrin: I don't believe they will leave. Sounds to me like they wish to settle here. *she'd been chase out of her own small territories by such groups when she was still a loner.*

*Nina sat back up in a daze for a few moments before rubbing her head and getting to her paws with an annoyed scowl.*

Hunter raised all his hackles- from the back of his head to the tip his tail. He heard a familiar sound. The sound of a young blind wolf: his daughter, Nina. He remained silent, but crouched down lower. He waited for any given movement towards where Nina was for a reason to attack.

Álfr stopped, her mind screaming at her as she did so because she needed to find her pup. She didn’t turn to look at Hilina, but she spoke softly, “I loved him you know? And I still do.. I love you too, you’re young enough to have been one of mine…” she trailed off for a minute, a tear falling as she remembered her pups. “I faced a lot, coming to love and trust him..having pups with him even. And I thought he loved me, it seemed like he did. But now he’s doing this. He’s sneaking around with loners, putting his pups, me, the pack, all of us in danger.. he was putting you in danger Hilina. All of this could’ve been avoided by him simply telling me what was going on. I don’t expect him to give me his life story, he hasn’t had mine, but I do expect him to give me the same respect I give him,” Álfr took a breath, “my point is, it doesn’t matter how rough your past is, as an alpha, you must always act in the packs best interests, and sneaking around making decisions by yourself is not doing that.” She paused for a minute, and then resumed her trot, she needed to find Gerald before he was killed.

Uhtred immediately launched himself at the other outsiders, he wasn’t protecting Hunter so much as he was protecting Korrin. He was nearly as big as the adult male, he was as big as the son. He through himself at the largest first since he was obviously the largest wolf here other than him.

Hilina nodded though her tears kept coming. Out of everyone in the pack, she knew her father more than anyone. She watched Álfr pass by, then responded, "he's scared. And ashamed. For what he did, he should be dead, but Hunter was merciful and kicked him out of the Pack." Hilina looked down and said quietly to herself, "then dad killed him too."

“He tried, and then he tried again,” Álfr said simply.
