She has some dark eyes.

Looking at the parents they could have a recessive eye Melanizers, not related to the feather colors. Just a guess.

Eye color genetics are a mystery for sure.

Yes, it would. Eye color is one thing I look at when breeding too.

Looks like another shade of Amber. More Caramel in color though.
