What great looking Hambars... I wonder wherever you got that pic....There is no Headspot on Wheaten, but males are a shade lighter than females.
On eb and ER the effect is the same, Lighter males with larger undefined Headspot that extends to the back of the head.

Even Silkies? Some of the crosses I make end up with large eyes. One reason I asked.Bred in trait
My daughter has a serama with huge black eyes. Are the genes for that likely to be recessive or dominant?Bred in trait
Sebrights have those large eyes.My daughter has a serama with huge black eyes. Are the genes for that likely to be recessive or dominant?
Editing to ask if there's a link to fibro for the eyes? The only birds I've seen with those black eyes have fibro also so curious.
Is the lower one the silver? So back a while ago I said I could tell the difference between silve and golden Phoenix by the chick down.
I got my shipped chicks today and took pictures. I can see the difference and I'm wondering if anyone else can. Also if this is possible could the golden Phoenix not be S/s+?
Can you tell which is which?
