Its definitely golden Cackle separates them in the box they are shipped in. Also indicator on the shipping or packing slip showed they gave me extra of the silver. I ordered both silver and golden Phoenix for this order. Is the top one definitely confirmed as a golden or are you guessing so based on the yellowish tinge? I have only ever had silver duckwing in my OEGBs, no gold at all, and some of mine hatched yellowish. Mine are Fawn Silver Duckwing so paler overall, but as an example you can clearly see one is yellowish and one not:

Same two birds later on. Both Fawn Silver Duckwing, not golden:

Yeah I wouldn't have caught the difference if they weren't. I do think it might be the cream/lemon gene that was mentioned. I don't think it's the Di gene as that shows it effects the leggs and they would be white and not slate.Ah, okay. Just thought that was worth pointing out! That's smart of them to separate those varieties!
Cream hens often look Silver.Still not sure tho the hens don't look that yellow in the hackle.
Huh, interesting. That's what my presumed silver looks like.
Thats a s+/-, ig/ig cream alrightMy golden.
