'Any fowl' has kind of become like the unofficial 'restart' when the board gets slow. I don't think there's a problem with using that as the hunt. For the record, a lot of the hunts posted lately have not been possible for me to fulfill, so it's nice to get an opening like that every now and then.

I would rather see someone say " any fowl, " than not participate.
However, if you are stuck for an idea, you might look at the picture you just posted, and choose some aspect of it....such as another pic w 4 birds, or another of this color or breed, or age....or another w something similar in the background.

Well it has been over 2 hours....
I don't have a duck in a pool, but I am visiting FL and took this today of an Egyptian goose in a lake

Ok, it's been over 2 hours...how about instead of a Japanese Quail, we go with a Bobwhite Quail!
