If this is the producers pride plate, be careful! My cord got shifted a little when cleaning the brooder and it shot the temperature up underneath to 122 degrees and did not want to drop! I keep a govee underneath so I can monitor their temperature and I'm so glad I did.

Oh no! Thanks for the tip. That is one thing I forgot at tractor supply.
