I have a video but I can’t seem to post it. However I posted a pic of them in the brooder after getting them settled and of the start of our coop. But we ordered 9 chicks and we got 11! They got here Wednesday and seem to be doing great. I’ve had a couple with tiny poops on their butts that I quickly cleaned up! We started with an easy gradual waterer and now have moved to a vertical drinker. Many are using it but for good measure they have both. The vertical has electrolytes but lower than the first 2 days. A few are less scared of me and will hang out on my hand and walk off instead of running away at the first opportunity! Slow and steady!

That brooder plate is way too low for them to get under

You want to make sure one end is higher than the other, like this:

This allows them to find what temperature they need themselves, by touching it with their back if they want, which they are absolutely capable of doing

Thank you, the first couple days they were able to get under it (from when the pic was taken) but they grow so fast, so this morning while cleaning their brooder, I angled it like shown in your picture and they are now getting under it again without issue.
