Hello everyone! I have one little month-old black bantam Orp, hatched from an egg from Aarronh. It looks like a little penguin, so stinkin' cute. What are the tricks to sexing this breed? Also, I could not find any info about their rate of lay. Any advise is much appreciated.

Honestly I don't know. I have 2 that are a few mos old, and I am going by the fact that one is still mostly naked, and so figuring he is all boy.

Poor little one has been adopted by a silkie to keep him warm.

Yes it was pretty shocking once i figured out what he was doing, he was a single hatchling and i had him inmy master bathroom in his box and was "doing my business" lol and he kepts squeeking, i think he was actually doing it the day before that too but i didnt catch on...i live in north west of orlando. Eustis.
