Ina had forgotten to warn him about the lotus mites that like to eat the nuts too. They were like 6 inch spiders that clung to the shell. White and almost transparent. Nearly matching the nuts shell.

Collia's scrutinizing eyes turned from Tosk, to the box, and then to Yule. Biting her lip, she showed a mark on her arm; it was a scar, but at one point had been a very large wound. It was in the exact shape of the symbol of black magic.  "It's become a part of me now. I thrive off pain, and darkness, Tosk. I do not remember the past Collia, but whatever she was like, is gone now." She binked her eyes closed for a minute, and when they opened again, it seemed almost for a minute that the real Collia had returned; had Sandie not known better, she would have thought she had. Turning, she murmured to Yule, "let's go, dear."

"Collia," Tosk called desperately, "this isn't the first time that Dark forces have tried to force you to do their will. You fought off their influence before, why are you not trying now! The Collia I know wouldn't give in without a fight! Please Collia, try if not for me than for your family!"

Kendra gave wide eyes not expecting him to agree. She felt if he pulled it off without running or collapsing, or messing his pants, that he'd be the bravest man in the galaxy. She was right in front of Dez, when Crut suddenly came up out of the water o a Quilin with the baby in his arm. He immediately saw then standing face to face and her hand on Dez.

Crut immediately started bulking and his eyes narrowed.

Shy-vy was barely conscious then. She lay on he floor of the bridge, her head swimming. She was tough built or he would have knocked her out for the day, maybe even killed her. She slowly as if she were very sick and weak slid her hand up to her hair. She pulled her hair to the side revealing a tattoo behind her left ear. It was the mark of Kraken, her father. She then went limp closing her eyes.

He checked her pulse to see if she was even still alive.
She was, She had just finally succumed to the injury and was sleeping.

Snorting, Connor waited until she woke up before he dragged her to his tent.

"That sounds doable.. but if she doesn't know who I am.. how will she become interested in me?  What do I do about that part?"  He sent a text  keeping his hand under the table, to central comms to reroute to her comm.  and had a delay set on it for an hour.  Then she would get it. 


It read:  For a stunningly beautiful creature, who's eyes dance like the moon.  You have captured my heart, I hope the see you soon.


He then orders a flower delivery for the same time at her apartment.

"Just be nice to her, I guess. And then at some point arrange a meeting through another anonymous note."

"I will follow your advice to a T then.  I trust you."  He smiled.  "I love lillies, their smell and their colors, not sure about her..."  He kept fishing.

Ykran did not know why he as resisting their mental attacks.  But he felt everything in him wanted to keep what little he could remember left.  But his mind was beginning to break down.  He needed to get out of there soon or be lost forever , to their evil purpose.

While Yule and Battik were communicating telepathically, Collia replied to Tosk. "I DID try. For days upon days." She turned back to Battik, "it's useless now. The fleet would have arrived by now."
