Lexus kissed his cheek then heard the dogs barking. "Someone is coming.. I wonder if it is Marriane!" She trotted to the window. "Oh even better!" She danced in place and darted out the door bolting up to Jasmine.

"Thanks!" Kassidy called from the closet.

Chester hurried after her, and grinned broadly when he saw Braxton. He headed out towards them, and realized with a jolt that Braxton had bruises all over his face.
He nodded to the dogs but said nothing.

Lexus hugged Jasmine. "Oh let me look at you." She looked over her face. "Aw sweetie." She frowned. She hadn't seen her since the incident.

Lana was holding Braxton's hand. "It's nice to see you again Chester."
The two dogs stared back, and one laid down, unconcerned. The other watched with careful eyes. "Darn! Where did it go?" Kassidy grumbled.

Jasmine blushed. "How are you Lexi?" she asked, smiling.

Chester looked at Lana and recognized her. He nodded, smiling, and then gave Braxton a manly hug. Braxton returned it, and patted his friend's shoulder.

Gordon just held her and started singing an old folk song he would sing in his cell.

Loora had gone grocery shopping after they got back.  She intended to stay with Porthos since her place was fairly empty and she wanted to be with him.  She went back to the deli.  Cookie wasn't there.  She finished her list and walked out. Once she passed the back alley............  an hour passed since she was supposed to be back at Porthos'.

She slightly panicked then settled out. "Where are we going?"  4 asked. "Where are you taking me?"  She was almost demanding.

"Well you know I don't like cookies."  Hestia pushed her plate away. "Thank you for dinner." She walked back to her room.

Richard nodded "If you ever need translation from Zandernese just let me know."

A loud, screeching sound, similar to that of welding metal, echoed throughout the massive BASE. At the bottom of the ship, a hatch was opened to the engines, and a black tail swung down from it like a pendulum. Other Rivvens were milling about, either fixing their own ships or getting ready to take off. Collia was using a small headset; it was playing some music for her while she worked, but was also wired to the comm. center of the Lunar Cat headquarters, in case there was an emergency. Collia would have preferred to have used her headphones, but she wasn't allowed to, as she wouldn't be able to know if someone attempted to comm. her if there was an emergency. Since her old ship had been destroyed, she was building a new one. It was three quarters of the way done, and it was turning out very nicely. She'd been working on it for about three weeks now, and with another week, it would be ready to fly.

I didn't want to tell you until I knew for sure she was gone.. and I didn't want to interfere with your making up your mind... " Narks voice cracked but he quickly took a drink.

She finally made it and held her belly. Ella gave him an 'I am so done with this' look.
