Shandrak sat there waining to attempt to stand, her advanced DNA gave her the ability to heal quickly.

"I can fly," Kyro spoke up.

Just then the shuttle was hit by anti-matter. The lights flickered and the aft guns jammed. Merinos ran to the weapons panel. "You fly I'll try and fix this." He banged the panel. "Our rears exposed!"

Shandrak stared at the cargo locker. "Someone help me up, I'm gonna give them a fireworks show."

"All the smaller ships were retrea...." merinos' tone changed. "Never mind wave of fighters coming in."

"Is our wing man still back there?" Shandrak tried to stand on her own.

"Yes."

"Tell him to try and stay to our port or starboard," she shouted.

Kyro came up, attempting to fly it away.

"Get me to the cargo locker." Shandrak shouted now standing up. "Merinos once I'm inside open up the doors. I need someone to help me push the containers out. We'll be fine as long as the biofield holds."

The ship was knocked around slightly as Kyro narrowly dodged a proton missile.

Merinos helped her walk to the cargo locker and opened the doors. Perhaps the Gingercats hesitated because they weren't sure what she intended to do; opening the door meant that weapons fire could kill one of them. He took hear near the doors edge. Sure enough a laser flew towards them, she put her palm up and a ring of crackling light consumed it, her bio-suit then glowed brighter.

"I need to get back in there," Merinos informed.

"I need someone to push the containers out. Send someone in here to help me." Shandrak leaned against the bulkhead.

Riku shook his head to clear the spots in his vision, he couldn't lose consciousness now. "My Corbian Ability... I have to use my Corbian Ability!" Riku struggled to stand, his foot throbbing with pain. Kludd simply stared at him with unmasked hatred. Riku closed his eyes and flattened his ears, extending his arms. He gave all the focus he had into it as his hands began to crackle slightly with electricity and sparks occasionally erupted from them. Kludd's eyes widened.

"He has a Corbian Ability?!"

Riku clenched his teeth as lightning began to form around his hands. A bolt of electricity suddenly shot out from Riku's hands, hitting Kludd right in his chest. Kludd convulsed for a minute, stunned. He hyperventilated slightly, before he narrowed his eyes in anger. Kludd charged him, and before Riku could react he rammed into his chest, knocking the wind out of him and sending him flying back. Kludd kicked him again, this time in the jaw, and breaking it upon contact. Riku cried out in pain as his jaw broke, grabbing onto it as Kludd punched him in the face several times until his muzzle bled. He flew to the top of the room to dive into him and end it, but Riku took advantage of the opportunity and ran to the other side of the room, funneling all his focus, energy, and Corbian power into his hands. A small golden ball, crackling with electricity began to form, growing slowly but surely. Once it was large enough Kludd dove down towards Riku again. Right before Kludd rammed into Riku's body, he threw the golden ball at him, and it electrocuted Kludd upon contact. He convulsed violently for a few seconds, and foam began to form around his mouth. He collapsed on the floor, making Riku think he was unconscious.

"I hit him... and it looks like it did some damage..."

But, amazingly, Kludd stood back up, staggering. He stared Riku in the eye with unmasked hatred. Riku narrowed his eyes at him. Kludd held his hand out, and a ball of water began to form, defying the laws of physics. Riku's eyes widened. He knew exactly what he was doing.

"You're not the only one with a Corbian Ability."

Riku jumped to the side, sending a sharp pain through his ankle as he was nearly hit by a large body of water. Kludd lunged for him, and Riku dodged just in time. Kludd's face hit the metal wall, bloodying his muzzle. He looked at Riku with hatred, his fists clenched tightly and water began to form slightly around them.

"Alright, that's it." Before Riku could react Kludd lunged at him, ramming directly into his chest. Riku was thrown back several feet, and Kludd charged at him again, throwing him back several more feet and against the metal wall. Riku cried out in pain as Kludd punched him across the face.

"Don't scream like that!" He yelled, smacking him on the back of his neck. Riku kicked Kludd's feet from under him with his undamaged foot, making him fall. When they were at the same level as each other Riku aimed his own punch at Kludd, bloodying his muzzle even more. Kludd shot up to the ceiling as he unfolded his wings, and Riku tried to follow but was quickly reminded about his broken wing with a sharp pain. Riku ran to the other side of the room, ignoring his throbbing ankle as he knew that Kludd was probably going to dive for him. Kludd shot from out of the blue once Riku was across, throwing him into the air. He pinned him against the wall, threatening to break his neck right then and there. Riku kicked at him again, sending both of them tumbling to the floor. They both grunted as they landed hard, but they both stood back up. Kludd's hands began to form water around them, and once Riku saw that he began to form another golden electric ball. "This has to work... If I time it right, the water will amplify the electric shock ten fold, I might even kill him..."

Kludd made an X with his arms, and a large wave of water formed. Riku's eyes widened, he couldn't stop the electric ball from forming.

"Goodbye, Riku."

Riku jumped to the side, sending a sharp pain through his ankle as he was nearly hit by a large body of water. Kludd lunged for him, and Riku dodged just in time. Riku barely had time to react as the wave of water slammed into him full-force. The electric shock sent him convulsing violently, foam forming around his mouth and knocking him unconscious. Kludd watched him for a moment, and after he was sure he was unconscious, smiled.
"Sweet dreams," he whispered in his ear, then stood back up. Kludd made a circular motion with his arm, and slowly but surely water began to fill the room from an unknown source. He walked out of the room, the door sliding closing behind him. He walked to the landing pad, where a Drex ship was waiting for him.
"Ascend," he commanded, and teleported inside the ship. It then took off, going to join the battle with the few remaining Gingercat ships.
