He leaned back in his seat. "You know. I have been watching Angelica since she was little, whenever my family dined with hers. Then Zander's cousin, Ronin, who was a close friend of mine, told me everything about her.  I knew she was the one. She deservs some one that won't hurt her, who understands her. That's why I am not giving up. I have been cordial and polite despite the oposition.  I told her about his alcoholic troubles.. but no I didn't give her any dirt, though I am full aware of what he has done."  He kicked up his feet. "There are some who want him out... that might be where you want to start."

"Well lets get this load back and unpacked. Have you ever had clam chowder?"  He asked.

"Ronin told his side of his story about how her, and the king has nicely informed they they are courting and requested that all advances but stopped unless Angelica allows it.... I imagine if you aware of what he has done then you would be aware of what I have done under our late king rule....unlike him I had nothing to lose." He spoke with deadly calm, "I suggest if you know the person causing this heart ache that he, or she, back off... after all accidents are not uncommon now these days, no?"
