Ignacio growled contentedly, and slipped through the door before closing it again. He put two guard-woods in front of it, and went and brought an old deer with him back home. He entered the room and growled, setting before her the deer. He nuzzled her softly.

Eris clawed at the door after Ignacio left, not wanting to be left alone. When he returned she slowly walked to the deer before beginning to eat as she was very hungry.

Ash woke a few minutes later, feeling a bit mushy. (You know what I mean.) He picked up Violet gently and carried her all the way to the castle. He knocked on the door and sat down, feeling dizzy again and really queasy. He threw up behind a bush and came back to wait.

Violet still lay limp, knocked out.

Violet woke up slowly. She whimpered "We're alive. Oh, I love you! Could you take me to our chamber?" (they sleep in the same bed now, since they've bonded. One side of the hall is for the bonded members, the other side for singles. They are the first to ever bond.)

"Sure," Ash picked her up and carried her to the bed, where he laid her down. Soon some healers came in and bandaged Ash's head and put a splint on Violet's leg and arm along with some poultices to reduce the swelling.
