I had a rouen drake that looked like him, not sure why, my other rouen drakes always had white neck rings.

Thank you! His father was Khaki Campbell. Mother could be: Buff or Rouen or Khaki Campbell. When he was younger before he developed his colors he did have a head like a Rouen.
