The best book you read this summer

It was called "My stroke of Insight". Its about a Brain Researcher who has a stroke in her mid thirties. Its follows her recovery and is very inspirational.

For me it was a series of young adult novels by Michael Scott called The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel. The first was called The Alchemyst. The author used real people from history in the books, which made them more fun and interesting. Even though they are geared to young adults, I really enjoyed them and have recommended to other adults who enjoyed them as well!

Coop...A year of Poultry,Pigs and Parenting..by Michael Perry. A hometown boy that grew up where I did and is doing VERY well for himself. His websight is Sneezingcow.com. As a matter of fact my husband and I are mentioned several times.
