I made some chicken a few nights ago and it was really good

barbeque sauce
pepperonchini
sweet hot peppers
lemon juice
hot wing sauce
soy sauce
and teriyaki sauce

The food was delicious

This one is a family fav. I never seem to make enough, my DH and DD pack these away.

1. Hard Boil some eggs
2. Fry up peeled hard boiled eggs at set aside
3. In same pan add a small handful of brown sugar, two splashes of lime juice, and a splash of fish sauce and cook until it becomes syrupy.
4. Toss eggs in the sauce and serve.

Its a little unusual on paper, but wow it is good!

So do you chop up the hardboiled eggs before frying them?

No, I fry them up whole, so it is golden on ithe outside, gives it a yummy flavor.
Oh and I forgot, you can add chopped cilantro leaves if you have them on hand.
It is a pretty dish.
